This week’s POW! episode takes a look at the 2021 Paperboard Packaging Council’s Rigid Box of the Year. The sophisticated box from Taylor Box Company impressed judges at the 78th Annual North American Paperboard Packaging Competition for its luxurious design superbly manufactured.
This Goliath of a box was converted from three types of substrates to deliver a superior look and fantastic product protection. Adding visual and tactile interest is the tequila brand’s logo, which is repeated throughout the design, printed in spot UV. A gold foil-stamped logo on the front panel adds a touch of luxury and hints at the gorgeous gold liner inside.
