In today's episode of POW!, we're taking a look at Black is Beautiful, a fast-growing initiative in the craft beer segment. The initiative was launched by Weathered Souls Brewing Company in San Antonio, Texas, with a goal of supporting "Justice and equality for People of Color." In debuting the beer and the initiative, Weathered Souls has invited breweries from around the world to brew their own versions in support of the cause. Each participating brewery is asked to utilize the same label design, and to contact San Antonio-based Creative Mango for discounted printing. We made the trip to Axe & Arrow Brewing in Glassboro, N.J., to pick up a can of their version of Black is Beautiful and to check out the label for ourselves.
