In today's episode of POW!, we take a closer look at the winner of the inaugural Dick DePaul Award for Creative Design & Converting, a new addition to the annual Paperboard Packaging Council North American Paperboard Packaging Competition. The award honors the packaging design achievements of Dick DePaul, an industry veteran, who passed away in December of 2019. Frankston Packaging Company received the award for its folding carton for One Minute Manicure's Moisturizing Scrub sample pack, which is a true feat of paperboard packaging engineering.
