In today's episode of POW!, we look at an example of digital printing for flexible packaging produced by Greenville, N.C.-based AccuFlex Packaging, a division of Acculink. In the recent Packaging Impressions Excellence Awards, AccuFlex won first place in the Flexible Packaging: Digital Printing (Toner/EP) category for a set of promotional pouches printed using an HP Indigo 20000 digital press and the Color-Logic system. The eye-catching metallic colors, gloss coating, and the use of electron-beam curing technology, take these pouches to a whole new level.
