Maxcess, a provider of innovative products and services for the web handling industry, has announced the sale of REM manufacturing to Associated Machine Design.

Maxcess has completed a $2.5 million investment in its two Precision Roll facilities in Neenah, WI and Chicopee, MA.

NEENAH, Wis.—Webex, Inc., a 35-year veteran manufacturer of precision rolls for the web handling and converting industries, has announced the acquisition of the Isoten vacuum roll product line from Coating and Converting Resources, Inc. (CCR), of Sussex, Wis. The acquisition includes all Isoten entities, including brand rights, product and parts inventory, and all proprietary designs and technical documentation. Tim Oliver, product applications manager for the Isoten line at CCR, joins Webex as the full-time Isoten customer service manager.
