MONTREAL, Canada—Durst, a manufacturer of industrial strength digital printing equipment for the wide format graphics, photographic, and ceramic tile markets has recently established a new wholly-owned subsidiary in Canada, Durst Canada Inc., and proceeded to acquire the assets and ongoing business of Rotoworx Systems Inc.—a provider of high performance Finishing Systems for the narrow-web label industry.

Rotoworx Systems has announced that GraphixOne is its exclusive distributor in the Midwest of the U.S.A. The announcement was made by National Sales Manager Paul Alvarez, Rotoworx Systems.
