GREENWICH, Conn.—Presstek, Inc. announced that a United States District Court has issued a permanent injunction barring a U.S. based distributor from selling, distributing, soliciting, advertising, and servicing printing plates manufactured by VIM Technologies, Ltd. The injunction was ordered as a result of a patent infringement claim initiated by Presstek, Inc. the owner of the patented technology, and is the result of a settlement.
