Multi-Color Corp. has tapped Robert R. Buck as its new Chairman of the Board of Directors. He replaces Lorrence T. Kellar, who will remain as a director on the Company's Board of Directors. Multi-Color also declared the Company's quarterly cash dividend for the second quarter of fiscal 2013.
