At Labelexpo Americas 2012, a steady parade of show attendees were treated to a wide array of new products and technology demonstrations. A major highlight of the show, the Label Industry Global Awards 2012, took place on Tuesday, Sept. 11 at the Aragon Ballroom in Chicago. Steve Lee, vice president of technology at RotoMetrics, was honored with the prestigious R Stanton Avery Lifetime Achievement Award.

The new Harper™ Anilox Support app for iPhone users, from Harper Corp. of America, has been designed to assist flexographic press operators in navigating the challenges that the industry often encounters. The new app has already made its debut in the iPhone app store.

Harper Corp. of America is hosting its annual Roadshow in Clemson, SC, on Thursday, August 23, 2012. The Roadshow will feature a variety of presentations and demonstrations from industry leaders, as well as a tour of the Clemson University campus, a complimentary lunch and door prizes.

The Harper Flexographic Solutions Tour is an exciting event hosted by the Harper GraphicSolutions division of global anilox roll supplier Harper Corp. of America, that will kick off in in Montréal, Canada, on Tuesday June 12, and then proceed to Mississauga, Ontario, on Thursday June 14.

Harper Corporation has announced the passing of Ronald “Ron” Lee Harper, who died on April 14, 2012. The co-founder of Harper Corporation, Ron and his wife, Katherine, launched the business in 1971.
