Fives North American

Maxcess International, a global provider of products and services for the web handling industry, has signed a purchase agreement to acquire the guiding systems business from Fives North American Combustion. Headquartered in Cleveland, Fives North American Guiding Systems will integrate with Fife Guiding Systems, under the Bertram Capital-owned Maxcess.
