Maxcess International and RotoMetrics announced the merging of the two companies last week. Odd Joergenrud, CEO of Maxcess, spoke with Packaging Impressions about the synergies between the two companies and the benefits the merger will have on the industry.

Maxcess and RotoMetrics have announced their intent to merge under the Maxcess International name. By merging with RotoMetrics, a manufacturer of precision cutting dies and support tooling solutions, Maxcess will enhance its product portfolio.

A few years ago, Ingersoll Paper Box Co Limited added a seven-color, 41˝ Koenig & Bauer Rapida 106 fully-automated printing press. Now, the company has added a high-speed Koenig & Bauer-Iberica Optima 106K diecutter, which was operational in January.
