S-One Labels & Packaging has partnered with Cellcoat Systems to bring the T14 Thermal Laminator to the narrow web labels and packaging market. The narrow web thermal laminator includes an in-line corona treater, lay-on roller, chill rollers, edge alignment and inline slitting with single operation management.

During Heidelberg Label Day, an event the company hosted in September at its Wiesloch-Walldorf site, attendees witnessed multiple product debuts, including the FoilStar Cure and the IML Performance Package. The FoilStar Cure allows for the application of cold foil on in-mold label foils across the entire run on a Speedmaster XL 106.

The company will be highlighting numerous packaging-focused technologies, including the Versafire EP digital toner-based press and the Diana Go 85 folder-gluer. A new diecutter/foil stamper, the Digimatrix 60 FC, will make its debut in Dallas. PRINTING United Booth 10143.

During PRINTING United, Heidelberg will launch its new Digimatrix 60 FC diecutter and hot-foiler as well as the Diana Go 85 folder/gluer aimed at short run and digital packaging solutions for the North American market.

Sakurai’s new LQM 105 in-line hot foil stamper offers the capability to add foil effects to numerous applications including labels and packaging. The new stamper can be integrated into any size Sakurai screen press. PRINTING United Booth 1420.

U.S. Tape & Label has added the Prati Saturn TE450 slitter/rewinder to increase efficiency and versatility in its production. The Saturn TE450 delivered to U.S. Tape & Label features the FASTCUT system, which decreases setup time and provides high accuracy in knife and counter-knife positioning.

Martin Automatic will exhibit the Martin MBSF and Martin LRD at Labelexpo Europe 2019 in Brussels. Both devices have been sold to the All4Labels Group and will be delivered at the end of the event for use on the Gallus Labelmaster 440 flexo press.
