Xeikon has announced the addition of two new digital label presses – the Xeikon CX30 and Xeikon CX50. The presses are based on CHEETAH 2.0 technology and excel in the pharmaceutical, food, and wine & spirit label sectors.

The newly launched HP Indigo Certified Pre-Owned program, starting with B2 HP Indigo 10000 Digital Press units, offers previously owned presses at a more accessible price point.

Flexible packaging is a segment full of opportunity for digital production technologies. During the recent virtual Digital Packaging Summit, two package printers who have incorporated these technologies shared their experiences and discussed the opportunities digital presents.

Approximately 50,000 supporters of Liverpool FC have received a one-of-a-kind Cadbury bar wrapper as a thank you for their support during the 2019-20 season. The wrappers were printed on an HP Indigo 20000 digital press and each wrapper features unique elements, along with Liverpool imagery.

As a label printer for a variety of artisan brands in the food and beverage markets, Creative Labels of Vermont has installed two new HP Indigo 6900 digital presses. The new presses provide the additional flexibility and value that these brands seek.

ePac Flexible Packaging will be the first converter to install the new HP Indigo 25K digital press, and will be adding 26 of the new press models to its facilities around the world. With the installations, ePac will boast a 76-press global fleet by 2021.

PPD&G, a Long Island-based provider of creative promotional brand products specializing in printing, packaging, displays, and gifts, has upgraded its digital print capabilities with two new high-performance HP Indigo 6900 digital presses.

Broadcasting live from Belgium, Xeikon hosted a news conference on Wednesday and revealed details on its entry into the corrugated segment, along with its new products for digital label printing and flexographic platemaking.

An HP Indigo 6900 and Grafotronic DCL2 were recently installed at the Diversified Labeling Solutions facility in Itasca, Ill. The new devices will allow the company to expand its production of digitally printed labels and flexible packaging.
