Broadcasting live from Belgium, Xeikon hosted a news conference on Wednesday and revealed details on its entry into the corrugated segment, along with its new products for digital label printing and flexographic platemaking.

Domino Digital Printing has announced its entry into the corrugated packaging segment with the launch of the new single-pass Domino X630i digital inkjet press. The company will host a virtual launch event on Tuesday, June 16.

Landa Digital Printing announced that Arik Gordon has joined the company as its new CEO. Gordon comes to Landa after spending 18 years with Orbotech, where he most recently worked as executive VP of strategy and growth.

With a desire to expand beyond packaging prototypes and mockups, Virtual Packaging invested in a complete digital workflow, adding printing and finishing of short- to medium-run folding cartons.

In his new role, Evandro Matteucci will oversee the Almassora (Castellón), Spain-based EFI Building Materials and Packaging business. He previously served as global VP for marketing, business development, and product management at Kodak Print Systems Division.

Durst North America has announced that Steve Lynn has joined the company as a director. In this new and broad role, Lynn will focus his attention on developing Durst's growing software suite and the expanding digital markets of narrow-web and corrugate. He will also support continued product expansion in the wide-format segment.

Keystone Paper & Box Co., a folding carton printer based in South Windsor, Conn., has purchased a Landa S10 Nanographic printing press. The press is Keystone's first digital press, and the company expects to move between 50% to 60% of its jobs to the Landa S10.

Landa Digital Printing, the largest of the Landa Group's 18 companies, has announced the appointment of Asher Levy to the position of active chairman. The appointment of Levy, who previously served as CEO of electronics company Orbotech, coincides with Yishai Amir stepping down as CEO of Landa Digital Printing.
