After unveiling its new X630i digital corrugated press, Domino has now released a three-minute long video providing additional details about the new inkjet solution.

On what would have been the first day of drupa 2020, Domino unveiled its new X630i single-pass aqueous inkjet press for the corrugated segment. The virtual event featured an overview of the new press and an introduction to one of the first companies that will install it.

With the announcement of its new X630i digital press for printing on corrugated, Domino has released a video preview of the press's capabilities. Domino will also hold a virtual launch event for the X630i on June 16.

Broadcasting live from Belgium, Xeikon hosted a news conference on Wednesday and revealed details on its entry into the corrugated segment, along with its new products for digital label printing and flexographic platemaking.

Domino Digital Printing has announced its entry into the corrugated packaging segment with the launch of the new single-pass Domino X630i digital inkjet press. The company will host a virtual launch event on Tuesday, June 16.

Landa Digital Printing announced that Arik Gordon has joined the company as its new CEO. Gordon comes to Landa after spending 18 years with Orbotech, where he most recently worked as executive VP of strategy and growth.

With a desire to expand beyond packaging prototypes and mockups, Virtual Packaging invested in a complete digital workflow, adding printing and finishing of short- to medium-run folding cartons.

In his new role, Evandro Matteucci will oversee the Almassora (Castellón), Spain-based EFI Building Materials and Packaging business. He previously served as global VP for marketing, business development, and product management at Kodak Print Systems Division.

Durst North America has announced that Steve Lynn has joined the company as a director. In this new and broad role, Lynn will focus his attention on developing Durst's growing software suite and the expanding digital markets of narrow-web and corrugate. He will also support continued product expansion in the wide-format segment.
