Producers of the Digital Packaging Summit and Inkjet Summit, NAPCO Media (parent company of packagePRINTING) and nGage Events, have announced that HP has signed on to sponsor both events for the next two years.

At Labelexpo Americas, EFI unveiled the Jetrion 4950LXe LED narrow-web inkjet press with white ink, along with version 4.1 of the EFI Packaging Suite.

T&T Graphics, a Miamisburg, Ohio-based converter, has purchased a Durst Tau 330E digital label press, positioning the company to expand the market segments it serves. T&T Graphics plans to transition approximately 25% of its flexographic work and 20% of its screen printing work to the Tau 330E.

Xerox has developed print nozzles that are half the size of a human hair and has incorporated them into its Direct to Object inkjet printer. The printer provides unique opportunities in the packaging space, with its ability to print directly to an object without using labels.

INX International will feature several products at Labelexpo Americas, including the NW210 inkjet narrow-web press and HMJ-250 ink dispenser. The NW210 has gained attention in the industry for its UV LED advanced curing technology and high speeds.
