EFI and Xeikon have announced that they have entered into a strategic partnership for the EFI Jetrion digital label and narrow web inkjet printing systems. Xeikon will service, support and supply the worldwide Jetrion customer base, and continue the direct sales of Jetrion digital label printing systems.
In addition to announcing its third quarter results last week, EFI indicated that it intends to spin off its inkjet label line. The company also detailed its intent to continue its growth in both the textile and corrugated segments of the printing industry.
