On Tuesday, April 3, Transcontinental hosted a press conference in Montreal, during which Isabelle Marcoux, chair of the Transcontinental board of directors, hailed the recent $1.32 billion acquisition of Coveris Americas as “transformational.”

As of April 1, 2018, Gallus will be fully integrated with the Heidelberg USA team in order to increase market coverage and efficiency in sales and service. With this transition, Gallus customers will have access to the entire product and service portfolios of both companies from a single source.
