York Label Partners with Diamond Castle Holdings

OMAHA, Neb.—YORK Label CEO Rich Egan announced that LabelCorp Holdings, Inc. (YORK Label) has partnered with a new private equity sponsor, Diamond Castle Holdings, LLC of New York.

Diamond Castle, in partnership with YORK’s senior management team, has signed a definitive purchase agreement to acquire YORK Label from Wind Point Partners of Chicago, Ill.
