Xeikon Introduces Folding Carton Suite at drupa

Xeikon 3000 Series at core of Folding Carton Suite
At the core of the Folding Carton Suite is a Xeikon 3000 Series press, which has the capability of printing up to 350 gsm paperboard (550 µ/21.65mil), with a web width ranging from 200 mm (7.8˝) to 516 mm (20.3˝). The consumables used in the Xeikon press have been specifically modified to handle the rough structure of paperboard. An in-line densitometer ensures a consistent print quality over time and across the presses.
