SARASOTA, FL—November 15, 2013—William B. Rudow, Inc., a leading manufacturer of vacuum cups, press parts and accessories, has acquired Star Packing & Supply of Des Plaines, IL, a manufacturer of vacuum cups and industrial supplies.
“This acquisition will help our combined customers have more vacuum cups and parts to choose from,” said company president David Wertheimer. “We have been working with Star Packing for over 20 years, and combining our companies just makes sense for our customers. William B. Rudow, Inc. has always kept a large inventory on hand to supply our customers, and now will have the same great service for the Star Packing customers.”
Star Packing will now operate under the William B. Rudow, Inc. name, and will be moved to the Sarasota, FL, headquarters of William B. Rudow, Inc.
