WestRock Completes Acquisition of Multi Packaging Solutions
WestRock Company, a leading provider of differentiated paper and packaging solutions, has announced the completion of the acquisition of Multi Packaging Solutions International Limited (MPS).
WestRock refinanced MPS debt as part of the transaction.
