The Micro*Clean Anilox Cleaning System uses soft-plastic media to clean anilox cells all the way to the bottom. The recyclable, nonabrasive material deep-cleans the geometrical valleys in anilox rollers, gently removing dried ink pigments and adhesives without eroding or impinging on the ceramic surface. Developed and manufactured by Temple Associates, the polyethylene beads can penetrate the 23 microns on a 1,000 line screen roller without damage, even after 400 cleanings.
