ACTEGA Kelstar Appoints New Vice President of Sales and Marketing

DELRAN, NJ—November 13, 2012—ACTEGA Kelstar announced the appointment of Susan G. Kuchta as vice president of sales and marketing for ACTEGA Kelstar’s North American business effective December 3, 2012. She will be reporting to Heinz-Ulrich Stolte, president and CEO.

Kuchta joins ACTEGA from the packaging and label division of Flint Group where she most recently served as the vice president of sales and service. Prior experience includes vice president and general manager of other businesses for Flint. She has more than 20 years of strategy, sales and marketing experience.

Kuchta holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Arts degree in International Politics and Economics from the University of Detroit.

She will be replacing Stephane Fortin, who will be leaving this position to pursue an entrepreneurial ownership opportunity in Canada. Fortin has been employed by ACTEGA for more than 12 years and will be an active part of the transition. ACTEGA would like to thank Stephane Fortin for all of his contributions to the business and wish him success on his new endeavor.
