Smyth Companies has announced that as of May 2, it has acquired Flexible Container Systems (FCS) of Pleasantville, N.J., which specializes in tube labeling services for the personal care and health and beauty markets.
“Smyth’s acquisition of Flexible Container Systems is a great complement to the products and services we currently offer the personal care and health and beauty markets," said Scott Fisher, president of Smyth Companies. "We see this segment of the market needing new and innovative solutions, and by bringing FCS into Smyth Companies we can accelerate and deliver new decorating capabilities and label application solutions to our customers."
