Shorewood Packaging Installs In-House Holographic Process

STAMFORD, Conn.—Shorewood Packaging, a business of International Paper, announced the installation of its custom-built, 51˝ HOLOKLEAR™ unit that produces holographic patterns.

“While Shorewood has offered the outstanding decorative effect of cast-and-cured holographic patterns for some time, having inline equipment in our own plant gives us direct control over quality and enables us to better meet client expectations,” said Greg Chup, manager, Innovation and New Product Development, Shorewood Packaging. “Our new HOLOKLEAR™ system is one of the first 51˝ installations in the world and having it in-house reinforces our leadership position in the packaging industry.”
