RotoMetrics Acquires Brazilian Rotary Tooling Company

RotoMetrics and MLC have announced that they are joining forces, as the RotoMetrics Group of Companies has acquired MLC. MLC, established in 1992, is Brazil’s leading provider of precision rotary tooling for the narrow web converting industry.

Manoel Correa, founder, and Robson Lopes Paula, the son of founder Jose Vicentino de Paula, will continue to lead the company, supported by their management team.
