Resource Label Group’s Newest Acquisition Strengthens Presence in Pharma & Medical Industries
Headquartered in Franklin, Tennessee, Resource Label Group (RLG) already employs more than 1,900 associates in the U.S. and Canada, and the full-service provider of label and packaging solutions is getting bigger. Resource Label Group has announced the acquisition of Pharmaceutic Litho and Label Company.
PLLC has locations in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and Simi Valley, California. PLLC, which is known for its manufacture of printed inserts, labels, and packaging components for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device manufacturers, will combine efforts with RLG’s recently acquired MedLit Solutions to expand and strengthen RLG’s national capabilities for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Kevin Grogan, CEO of MedLit Solutions, will lead the combined teams. PLLC is RLG's 28th acquisition.
In a written statement by RLG, PLLC president Jason Laurence says, “We are excited to join the team at Resource Label Group and MedLit Solutions as they share that same focus and commitment. Their expanded capabilities will enable PLLC to bring even more value to our customers.”
