By positioning it on a rail, printers can avoid the loss of a station that can be used for flexo printing. Additionally, less space is required in the production workshop because there is no extra length required.
The silk screen printing group is completely independent, both electronically and drive-wise. It has an integrated chilled impression cylinder and an independent UV lamp. It can be moved anywhere on the rail system inside the machinery’s track, including before or after other finishing units, such as hot foil or cold foil. Thanks to a special rail system, the unit can easily be moved from one position to another just by sliding it and without removing it from the machine.
