PPC Adds Four Firms to the Association
SPRINGFIELD, MA—The Paperboard Packaging Council (PPC) is pleased to announce that one principal and three associate members have recently joined the association.
Principal member Quad/Graphics of Sussex, WI is a global provider of print and related solutions for consumer magazines, special interest publications, catalogs, retail inserts/circulars, direct mail, consumer packaging, books, directories, in-store signage, and commercial and specialty products. Headquartered just outside of Milwaukee, the company has approximately 22,000 full-time equivalent employees working from more than 50 locations in North American, Latin America, and Europe.
Since 1943, associate member Case Paper, a family owned and operated company in Harrison, NY, provides service to the printing and packaging industry. They maintain one of the largest inventories of coated paper and board in the United States, provide fast delivery of custom-converted products from state-of-the-art converting equipment, and are committed to a highly specialized, one-on-one sales method.
Highcon Systems Ltd., an associate member based in Israel, has developed a patented converting solution for the folding carton finishing market based on its proprietary Digital Adhesive Rule Technology—the Highcon Euclid, a digital cutting and creasing process that brings all the benefits associated with digital workflow to the analog packaging market.
Founded by Benny Landa in 2002, Landa Corporation Ltd. develops and produces digital presses for mainstream commercial and packaging printing with 40-inch wide, high speed, and offset print quality, all enabled by their innovative technology: Nanography.
“It is our pleasure to welcome these four impressive companies to PPC,” said Ben Markens, president of PPC. “We look forward to offering them various opportunities in training, marketing, and networking.”
