Primeflex Labels Invests in First Nilpeter

Since Primeflex Labels’ foundation in 1997, the Colorado-based converter has experienced steady growth every year. To meet the increasing demand, the company has invested in an eight-color Nilpeter FB-3 servo flexo press.
Primeflex focuses on labels for food and beverages, cosmetics, consumer products, meat products, as well as flexible packaging such as pouches, and wrap-arounds. The new press is a multi-substrate, servo-driven flexo press with UV-curing, which runs up to 560 FPM. The press, which was installed in March, features Nilpeter’s innovative CLEANINKING chambers. The high level of automation and ease of use to minimize waste and increase efficiency, were key factors in the decision.
