Longtime printing industry journalist and educator Patrick Henry has joined NAPCO Media’s Printing & Packaging Group as senior editor. His efforts will be devoted to the continued success of Printing Impressions, In-Plant Graphics and packagePRINTING magazines.
“I’m truly honored that Patrick — given his outstanding industry stature — has joined our editorial team,” Mark Subers, president/CRO, printing, packaging and publishing, NAPCO Media, said. "As we continue to evolve from print-centric brands into creating more evergreen online content, authoritative commentary, videos, events, proprietary research and other special projects, it's great to be able to now work day-to-day with a longtime industry journalist of Pat's caliber, technical knowledge and well-deserved reputation.
"Patrick will join our highly regarded staff which includes Mark Michelson, Bob Neubauer, Cory Francer, and recently hired veteran graphic arts industry journalist Denise Gustavson. Our Printing & Packaging Group team couldn't be any stronger," Subers adds.
Henry has authored hundreds of articles on business trends and technological developments in graphic communications. He has been published in most of the leading trade media in the field and has served as the chief editor of several of them.
Henry is the co-author of a textbook, "The Magazine Publishing Industry." He has also been an adjunct lecturer in graphic communications for New York University since 1987 and also has lectured for New York City College of Technology.
