Interfilm Holdings Acquired by Transilwrap

FRANKLIN PARK, Ill.—Transilwrap Company, a manufacturer, coater, and precision converter of plastics in the lamination, print, packaging, and industrial markets, announced the acquisition of Interfilm Holdings, Inc., one of the largest and most diversified distributors and converters of flexible films in the United States.
