Julia M. Amadio has joined MeadWestvaco Corp. as VP of global marketing for MWV Healthcare. She will oversee marketing and commercialization for MWV Healthcare’s portfolio of OTC and pharmaceutical packaging solutions.

Outlook Group Corp. has appointed George E. Bureau as VP of sales and marketing. He will oversee all sales and marketing activities, including the company’s customer service function.

Kelly Ryan has joined Shorewood Packaging as business development manager. She will be responsible for leading the company’s drive in promotional packaging, specifically innovative sampling packaging.

Temple-Inland chairman and CEO Doyle R. Simons was selected as this year’s RISI North American CEO of the year for the forest products industry.

Diamond Packaging has appointed Tom Dasilva as VP of sales & marketing. He has more than 20 years experience in the cosmetic and personal care industry with a technical background in package development and design implementation.

LOS ANGELES—Superior Lithographics has been named G7 Master Printer by IDEAlliance, which develops specifications and best practices to improve the speed and efficiency of information across the digital media supply chain. Receiving this status means the company passed testing required to manage the neutral gray scale that ultimately can improve print quality and consistency, shorten makeready times, and reduce paper and ink costs.
