PackagePRINTING's 2012 Excellence Awards Competition Deadline Is June 20, 2012

PHILADELPHIA—May 18, 2012—It's time once again to gather your best packaging material print jobs and submit them in packagePRINTING's 2012 Excellence Awards competition. This printing/converting awards contest is unique in that covers it all printing processes—offset, gravure, flexo, screen, and digital—in packaging categories including tags and labels, flexible packaging, folding cartons, and corrugated.

This year you will again be able to enter our Sustainability Category, which recognizes excellence in package printing using sustainable materials. Getting the word out on how you are addressing the need for sustainability is good for your business. And, winning a Sustainability Category award will help to get your message out!

As always, the Best of Show winner will be the focus of the cover story in our Excellence Awards issue, which will run in August 2012. In addition, this top award winner will receive:

a desktop award
a written press release on your Best-of-Show win that you can distribute freely
a high-res e-print of the cover story that you can print
an 8x10 print of the August 2012 cover
high-res and low-res versions of a packagePRINTING Excellence Award Winner logo to include in future marketing materials and on your Website.

First, Second, and Third Place winners will receive:

a 30-percent discount on August 2012 reprints
a press release announcing all of the winners for you to distribute
and high-res and low-res versions of a packagePRINTING Excellence Award Winner logo.
