Pillar Technologies

Pillar filled the need of a corona treater that's easy to mount onto existing presses with its narrow-web corona treater. Adjustable mounting plate and adjustable treat widths conform to most existing press configurations. The system can run line speeds of over 700 fpm in sizes from 7.5˝ to 26˝. Safety interlocks are installed to shut the system down when the electrode is out of its proper position. The station is available in top-side, bottom-side, and two side-treat configurations.
