Nordemeccanica, Rohm and Haas Demonstrate Fast-Cure Adhesive

Rohm and Haas was the first company to perfect solventless adhesives for laminating and high performance retort packaging applications. Their new MOR-FREE L75-164 solventless adhesive provides bonds up to 200g within two hours, cures within four hours to allow same shift slitting to proceed, and can cure completely in just three days to more quickly allow fill operations, instead of the typical two to three weeks storage before use. In addition, Rohm and Haas also highlighted their high performance solventless adhesive for retort applications, MOR-FREETM 225. Nordmeccanica’s sales director, Giancarlo Caimmi, and vice president for technology, Vincenzo Cerciello, hosted the first-ever demonstration in North America of their newest Super Simplex Laminator.
