Being modular in design, Caslon can be integrated into Nilpeter’s conventional flexo press lines or it can function as a stand-alone roll-to-roll system. In the former configuration, Caslon’s speed matches that of conventional units. For example, 4-color versioning of flexo printed labels or the addition of PMS colors to digital labels are both possible. Also, Caslon’s output can benefit from all of Nilpeter’s in-line, value-added options such as hot/cold foil, laminating, diecutting, embossing, punching, and sheeting.
