Elsner Engineering Works announced that Bert Elsner, II has been promoted to CEO, president, and treasurer of the third generation family firm. He is the fifth Elsner to head the firm in its 79-year history. The company has also promoted Robert D. Van Sant to vice president, CFO, and secretary.
