HP Acquires Software Company Hiflex

PALO ALTO, Calif.—HP announced it has acquired Hiflex Software GmbH, a privately held global software solutions provider specializing in Web-to-print and MIS solutions for printing services. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Founded in 1991, Hiflex is headquartered in Aachen, Germany.
