Ampac Adds Box Pouch Capabilities
CINCINNATI, Ohio—Ampac has added Box Pouch capabilities to its product offerings, using the latest Totani converting technology. The offering includes four different box pouch styles that can provide customers with a unique shelf presence—flat bottom full gusset, flat bottom terminated gusset, pinch bottom, and flat top and bottom. A five-panel display with registered print on front, back, bottom, and sides provides an excellent billboard and improved presentation. Pouch efficiencies include better cube utilization during shipping and retail display, as well as better package-to-product ratio versus bottom gusset pouches.
“The Totani box pouch technology really improves shelf presence and rivals rigid containers with outstanding graphics and an eye-catching billboard,” says Ampac's Director of Innovation Sal Pellingra. “The new pouch is a more current package format for brand owners and provides a sustainable reduction in the amount of packaging materials required.”
