Chesapeake Extends U.S. Footprint

NOTTINGHAM, UK—Chesapeake Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Packaging has reached an agreement to acquire Cortegra Group, Inc., a U.S. producer of pharmaceutical leaflets and labels, from Menasha Corp. Cortegra, which has two production facilities dedicated to the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector, complements Chesapeake's existing three U.S. facilities and further augments its extensive global supply network.
