Luminer acquires 
TAC Label Systems

LAKEWOOD, N.J.—Tom Spina, CEO of Luminer Converting Group, announced the acquisition of TAC Label Systems of Lake Ariel, Pa. The acquisition will give Luminer's Red Lion, Pa. facility added production capabilities including wider web printing and improved press efficiencies.
