Fort Dearborn Acquires FetterGroup Business

ELK GROVE VILLAGE, ILL.—Fort Dearborn Company has acquired the assets of FetterGroup's paint and coatings label business.

"The acquisition is a logical fit for Fort Dearborn Company and reinforces our commitment to the paint and coatings label market," said Fort Dearborn CEO Jeff Brezek. "Fetter has a long track record of building solutions that address many of the unique needs inherent in the paint and coatings marketplace and therefore we are very excited to add their capabilities to ours and create a more robust solutions offering for this end market."
