Upgraded Finishing Platforms

Mark Andy/Rotoflex has overhauled its two most popular models to respond directly to evolving finishing needs. A revamped VSI model was released late last year at Labelexpo Europe and a redesigned VLI model will be available in March 2012. Both VSI and VLI feature top-quality inspection capabilities, roll-end control, and fault placement commanded by the Genesis advanced control system. The VSI is a vertical platform for label applications and narrower web applications (13˝-17˝), while the new VLI opens up to a wider format (13˝-28˝) and expands well into challenging film, flexible packaging, and specialty substrate applications. www.markandy.com
