YORK Label Appoints John McKernan President and CEO

OMAHA, NE—YORK Label® announced that John P. McKernan has been named as president and CEO of the company, effective March 2, 2009.

McKernan recently served as president of MeadWestvaco (MWV) Calmar, a global supplier of dispensing solutions for the cosmetics, fragrance, home and garden, auto, personal care and pharmaceutical industries with revenues of approximately $500 million. As president of MWV Calmar since 2001, he worked closely with his leadership team to transform the business into a leading global enterprise with over 2,500 employees spanning four continents. He brings over 25 years of experience in the packaging industry.
