Multi-Color Corporation Acquires Irish Healthcare Label Specialist

CINCINNATI—February 3, 2015—Multi-Color Corp. (MCC) has acquired Dublin-based New Era Packaging (New Era), a converter specializing in labels for the healthcare, pharmaceutical and food industries with annual revenues of approximately $14 million.

This acquisition creates a greater focus on the growing healthcare label market. New Era's Joint Managing Director John Peat and the management team will continue to run the business and operate from their current facility.
