When asked about continuous improvement and what was needed to be done by MCC to accomplish this task, Jeff Grajewski, strategic procurement director, packaging materials at Miller, felt that MCC demonstrates this type of attitude every year. “At the start of each fiscal year, Miller works to raise the bar with each supplier to improve on quality and service from the previous year’s performance thereby bringing Miller a competitive advantage that they can use to win the day.
