MPS Reveals Four New Innovations at the Labelexpo Show
THE NETHERLANDS—July 12, 2012—MPS is responsible for a large number of revolutionary innovations, such as the introduction of press automation into the narrow web industry. At Labelexpo Americas 2012, Sept. 11-13 in Chicago, MPS will be unveiling four new innovations.
1. Diecutting automation
MPS fundamentally believes that today’s market place has an intrinsic need to automate press settings in order to drive down the cost price per 1,000 labels, especially for short runs. MPS has therefore introduced Automated Print Control (APC). APC stands for an automated servo control of all relevant press settings. Thanks to APC, the diecutting pressure is set automatically, is extremely easy to operate and replicated through job memory, resulting in virtually no set up waste, including diecuttings.
