EUREKA, Mo.—Morgenthaler Partners, in conjunction with RotoMetrics’ management, has acquired Roto-Die Company, Inc. and its subsidiaries.

RotoMetrics, founded in 1957, has been a leader in the rotary tooling industry since its inception. Morgenthaler Partners is a private investment firm, specializing in partnering with management teams to build world-class companies in high-value manufacturing and business services.
