Mitsubishi Imaging (MPM), Inc. announced its support of PRINTING United 2019 (Dallas, Texas, October 23-25, 2019), seeing this comprehensive event as an opportunity to expand and create new alliances.
“PRINTING United is an ideal forum for Mitsubishi. As manufacturers of print and print-related products, we understand the scope of business goes beyond productization and has evolved into the how, when and why we communicate,” says Jillian Acord, SVP, Operations and Corporate Planning, Mitsubishi Imaging (MPM), Inc. “We need a venue not just to showcase and discuss our innovations but to brainstorm with industry peers, creatives and brand managers who are driving industry growth and defining needs. We feel this is the venue to create alliances that will guide the next generation of print.”
PRINTING United, a joint venture of the Specialty Graphic Imaging Association (SGIA) and NAPCO Media, builds upon the strength and reputation of SGIA Expo, the industry’s premier showcase for graphic and visual communications. It will offer a new platform for vendors to connect with print providers from all segments of the print industry.
Mitsubishi Imaging has always found the SGIA Expo to be “a more authentic venue, celebrating the spirit of creativity and craftsmanship across technologies,” according to Susan Murray, Manger, Public Relations, Mitsubishi Imaging (MPM), Inc. “When coupled with the research and knowledge base associated with NAPCO, PRINTING United really is the perfect voice to begin blending and opening space to additional market segments.”
For many companies today, marketing strategies are all about mutual growth, fostering strong partnerships and finding new niches. “We’re looking at this as an opportunity to create new alliances and partnerships and strengthen existing ones. We want to be part of the discussion of how collaboratively we can make the products that people see, touch and feel everyday … that’s impact,” says Murray. “We feel this expanded community will help complete the circle, tap into new synergies and gives us an opportunity to listen, learn and respond.”
With all the print markets represented all under one roof, PRINTING United helps to maximize marketing spends and time constraints — for both OEMs and print providers alike. However, the real value of PRINTING United “comes in connecting across channels. To hear and see the power of the print community as they collectively answer the complexities of today’s most advanced communication and promotion needs,” concludes Murray.
